Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Replacement and Returns and Refunds
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund. This timeframe will not be extended by holidays, since it is calculated from the date of receipt.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted for products that have manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipment. The product may be opened only to illustrate a quality issue with the product.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Geography: We accept return, refund and replacement requests for all countries that we ship to.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been used
- Items that have been opened after receipt with no evidence of quality issues

4. Refunds
- Eligibility: In most situations, we will replace the product rather than issue a refund. The customer service team will make that decision at the time of your request.
- Timeframe: If we approve a refund we will issue it the same day via the payment method used for the initial purchase. Depending on the payment method, this can take 7-10 business days to be received.
5. Return and Replacement Costs
- Return Shipping: If we request that you return your product due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipment, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Replacements: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs to send a replacement at no additional charge.
- Restocking: We do not charge restocking fees.
